Power of Your Story Workshop
We’re excited to invite SCT Speakers Bureau Committee & new SCT community members to participate in our Power of Your Story workshop, created by Patsy Price, SCT Board Member and peer.
This workshop was designed to support SCT members in building confidence and skill in sharing their lived experiences in ways that are thoughtful, empowering, and impactful.

Participants who complete both sessions will receive a certificate. *Please note: this is a 2-session workshop, so by signing up you are also committing to return on the 2nd session complete the training and receive your certificate.
Collaborative Community Event!
Announcing the May 15th Legal Relief & Employment Opportunity Fair
Second Chance Tucson is proud to partner with La Frontera and other community organizations for the upcoming Legal Relief & Employment Opportunity Fair on Friday, May 15, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
This event will bring together a range of valuable services and opportunities for community members, including criminal justice reviews and motions for legal relief, warrant quash assistance with Judge Blue from 9:00–11:00 AM, free phones from Genoa, Goodwill of Southern Arizona’s criminal reentry program, and housing support through La Frontera Housing. Organizers are also working to include Second Chance-friendly employers, along with additional supportive services such as barber/hairdressing and other community partners.
In addition to these resources, attendees can enjoy raffles, prizes, snacks, and drinks while connecting directly with providers, learning more about available services, and taking meaningful next steps.

Coming This Summer! SCTVolunteer Opportunities Fair
Join Second Chance Tucson on June 25, 2026, from 1:00–4:00 PM at the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona, 5049 E. Broadway Blvd., Suite 201, Tucson, AZ.
We are planning a Volunteer Opportunities Fair with 10 to 12 organizations, creating space for community connection, service, and meaningful engagement. If you would like to table your org’s volunteer roles please contact Deborah Carroll, an SCT Board Member and Volunteer Committee lead. * Final date and time will be confirmed soon!
